SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-14 days after purchase for your order to ship, after which normal delivery times apply.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Products only:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@thejewelryinstructor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and digital products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Policy for Private Classes, Group Sessions, Online Bookings, and Venue Rental
Private 1 on 1 Classes
All 1 on 1 classes require a $50 non refundable deposit upon booking. Private 1 on 1 classes are charged a rate of $50 an hour with a minimum of 1 hour. Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of the class fee quoted on the day of service. If attendee needs to reschedule, they must do so 3 days prior to class. If attendee is a no show the deposit will be forfeited.
Group Sessions
Groups of 5 or more must pay at least a deposit of $150.00 upon booking for events scheduled more than two weeks in advance. Event can also be paid in full if desired. Deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation of an event, no exceptions! Deposits can be moved to another date & timeslot within 30 days.
Group events requested within two weeks or less of event must be paid in full. There is 1 of 2 ways that a group session can be paid, 1) a link can be shared for each attendee to pay at the rate quoted on website for requested session type, or 2) an invoice will be sent to responsible party for payment for all attendees at the rate quoted on website for requested session type. Full payment for your event must be made within 48 hours. At the discretion of the owners/manager the deposit may be considered partial payment for session or can be utilized to reserve seating to assure that all terms are met after each session. After which, the deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours after each session, if all terms are met (see terms below). There are NO REFUNDS within 1 week of event, however booking can be rescheduled within 30 days of original booking date.
Terms... Lite snacks, and beverages are allowed. Burners, & warmers are not allowed. Staff will lite candles for cakes if requested.
Group sessions are allowed 2 hours for activities which are inclusive of preparation and clean up. If area is not left clean, your deposit will be forfeited. Sessions must start and end on time. There is a $75 charge for extending passed 2 hour time allowance. Attendees are encouraged to be on time and not be more than 15 minutes late or they will miss instructions and possibly prolong session which will possibly incur additional fees.
Online Bookings
Booking directly from website widgets is based on availability of time slots. There will be an initial small deposit taken upon booking. Supply fee, and taxes are charged upon arrival. Deposits are non refundable if attendee is a NO SHOW.
Venue Rental
Venue rental is available upon request for birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate meetings, etc. There will be a separate agreement for venue rental. Please call for 713-814-5140 for availability and additional information.
